“Saving Private Ryan”
In the iconic movie “Saving Private Ryan” there are several inaccuracies. Recall the scene where a German sniper notices a soldier aiming at him. He sees the flash, hears the gunshot, and then, moments later, gets hit in the eye by the bullet. Director Steven Spielberg overlooked the fact that bullets travel at supersonic speeds, so a person being shot wouldn’t be able to hear the shot before being hit.
